Overview
Our client is an established digital consultancy delivering complex websites, digital platforms, customer experience solutions, and digital transformation initiatives for a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
We're seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join a growing delivery team, working across discovery, solution design, requirements definition, delivery, and optimisation. You'll collaborate with clients, architects, designers, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions address real business challenges while delivering outstanding digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and BA artefacts
- Work closely with UX, development, and delivery teams throughout project delivery
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and UAT activities
- Contribute to project scoping, proposals, and pre-sales initiatives
- 5+ years' Business Analysis experience
- Digital agency, consultancy, or technology services background
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Knowledge of digital customer journeys, websites, CMS platforms, and web applications
- Excellent communication and requirements documentation skills
- Optimizely or other enterprise DXP platforms
- CMS implementations and migrations
- eCommerce platforms
- API and systems integration projects
- CRM, analytics, identity, and marketing technology integrations
