The Role
As an Events Assistant, you'll be the face of the event, welcoming guests, providing information, and ensuring attendees have a seamless and positive experience throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist event attendees upon arrival
- Provide directions, information, and support throughout the event
- Answer guest questions and troubleshoot where required
- Assist with registration and front-of-house activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Work independently while maintaining a professional and approachable presence
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be:
- Previous event, hospitality, or front-of-house experience
- Customer service experience in a professional environment
- Well-presented and professional
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of guests
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative
- Adaptable and able to remain calm in busy environments
